Application:

Mainly used for the welding of metallic and ceramic parts, also used for the brazing, degassing 

and tempering of metallic components. 

Features:

The furnace uses molybdenum wire as heating element, consists of furnace shell, heating element,

thermal insulation shield, vacuum system and electrical control system.

1. The furnace is bell-type structure, molybdenum wire as heating element, loading platform fixed 

inside the chamber. Heating element and thermal radiation shield go up and down along with the furnace body.

2. Double-layer furnace shell with built-in water cooling jacket, stainless steel inner layer with the bright polish, 

outer layer is carbon steel with the rust-proof treatment  or stainless steel.

3. Heating element uses high temperature molybdenum wire or belt, surrounded by metallic thermal radiation shield, 

easy to clear chamber after the sintering.

4. Control mode of PLC plus touching screen, automatic operation, simple to operate it. 

5. Control system owns light-sound alarm and automatic protective function on water failure, overt-temperature and 

over-current etc., operating safely and reliably.
